* Standard service mainly focus on low back pain and osteoarthritic knee pain. Service users are entitled to a maximum of 8 sessions of subsidized services (including occupational therapy, Chinese medicine, physiotherapy, or dietetics), which must be completed within 10 weeks from the date of service registration.
# Elderly Health Care Vouchers (including rewards under the Pilot Reward Scheme) are only applicable to standard services; they are not applicable to value-added services.
+ Value-added Services: Covers a variety of musculoskeletal problems, including neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist & hand pain, hip pain, and ankle & foot pain.
^ Occupational Therapy and Dietetic services require a referral from doctor. Chinese medicine services may require a doctor’s referral depending on the situation.

  1. A standard number of subsidised sessions for individual healthcare services will be provided to clients with chronic diseases. For details, please contact our professional staff.
